Best team building event ever! We would like to thank Amy and Lisa for running a fantastic improv session for all our employees. They were enthusiastic, informative and above all were able to improve communication in a work environment through excellent improv exercises. Everyone participated and thoroughly enjoyed the evening  and were talking about the event for days ! Great experience and a great way to build a team relationship! Would have them back for future events any day! – Iryna McCoubrey, Sprott Private Wealth LP

You are supremely talented. Your knowledge of human behaviour, theatre, quick wit and ability to draw out things in people is unbelievable.

…We have appreciated Amy’s humour, patience and creativity with our students, most of whom struggle with anxiety and approach any drama/improv with great trepidation. Amy creates a safe and calming atmosphere where our students can feel comfortable, take risks and surprise themselves with their abilities. Having improv as part of our program has been a huge boost of confidence for our students and many have identified it as one of their favourite parts of the program. Emilia Voila

… Amy McKenzie, a long-time ArtHouse “partner” whose compassion and leadership skills as an Improv Program Instructor have positively changed the lives of hundreds of children and youth since she joined the ArtHouse Team four years ago. We have watched her work with many young people with behavioural and learning issues, and have been moved by her ability to convert negative attitude into respect for others. Don Pangman, Art House

Amy has worked with students in my program area for the last two years. She is an excellent addition to our program. Not only does she provide programming that is thorough and develops meaningful skills, but more importantly, she connects with students. She is relentless in her pursuit to develop student’s skills and encourage students to take healthy risks in a safe and inclusive setting. Teacher, Halton District School Board
